| USA 34-0 in U-19 Tournament Play after 24-4 Win over England |

COQUITLAM, B.C. - Team USA finished their round-robin games undefeated once again by defeating England 24-4 July 7
at Percy Perry Stadium and sit in first place in the Blue Division.
With the win, USA is guaranteed to play in the semi-finals on July 10 and will have two days to rest before their
matchup. Matthew MackRides (Malvern Prep School) and Dean Gibbons (Harvard University) both scored five goals for
the Americans.
The score was 5-0 after one period and 11-0 at half as England failed to even get a shot on goal in the first period
and only three shots in the first half on US goalie Tyler Fiorito (McDonogh School). The US continued to dominate
the game by outscoring England by a large margin in both the third and fourth periods. England goalie Daniel Grime
got peppered with shots for the majority of the game and played outstanding to keep the game somewhat respectable
for England. Grime finished with 29 saves on 53 shots.
England (2-3) will play again on Tuesday against Germany (5-0) at 4:00 p.m. at Percy Perry Stadium in Play-In Game 1
where the fourth place Blue Division team (England) will play against the first place Red Division Team (Germany).
Team USA (5-0) will have two days off after locking up first place in the Blue Division and will play in a
semi-final game on July 10. Craig Dowd scored two more goals for the US and now leads the team and tied for the
tournament lead with 17 goals in five games with Emmett Printup of Team Iroquois.
